Laundry Day :(

Day 9:

Well, I guess it's not possible to get away from all the mundane chores of day to day life.
That's ok. While doing laundry all day, I was able to get caught up with blogs, e-mails, and even did some instant messaging.
Melody got off work early today, so she and the kids took me to a local park called Tanhill. It is a really beautiful park. It has original buildings from the 1800's, lots of wildlife, and a brook that turns to a creek that turns to a stream that turns to a river. All of it starts right from the ground. You can see the water bubbling up from the ground where it starts. It's very cool! I got some nice pictures that I hope to be able to post eventually.
Then we went to Melody's mom's house. It was nice to meet her. She is an artist, and I got to see all her paintings. She does a great job.
Then, another fantastic dinner last night. I'm really getting spoiled. The food on the train is good, but nothing like good "home cooking".
My time in Alabama is almost over. It went by so fast.
Newsbreak: They caught the escaped convict last night. Near here.
Thanks for keeping up with me. I won't have computer access for a couple of days, so check back this weekend.
Be Blessed
